Community Title

A Community Title is the division of land into at least two lots and an area of common property.  Common property relates to those parts that do not form part of a lot and usually includes the service infrastructure and shared driveways.  Other items that are required to be addressed for new Community Title lots include but are not limited to are by-laws, yearly meetings, public liability insurance for the common property.  You will need to engage a Conveyancer and they will be able to discuss and advise you on what is required.
